Andrew Walsh is an astrochemist who just happens to brew beer. In a fascinating talk at TEDxPerth, he lays out the chemistry of the boozy beverage molecule by molecule, and explains where, how and whether these molecules can be found in outer space to answer the question: Could we make beer in space?
